  1. That was an interesting walk. Are you pulling our legs with the dinosaur toes? I know dinosaur footprints can be found on the Purbeck stone because I’ve seen Nuts in May.

    • No legpull. A wandering herd spuddled over the beach one day umpteen million years gone, sand washed in and filled up their footprints, and set into stone. The sandstone erodes out as casts of dinosaur feet. They are too big to pick up but they wander about the beach slightly, get buried or emerge depending on the weather.
