– from leaning on a gate to snap Jupiter and the Moon sailing in a frosty sky.

  1. Thanks. Now I know what it was. I’ve never knowingly seen Jupiter before. Though the knowledge comes hours after the event, the actual siting remains vivid.

    • 🙂 🙂 Excellent! The Moon is very useful as a landmark sometimes. (Btw: If it clears again, and you look at Jupiter carefully with binoculars, you might well be able to see a couple of the Galilean moons too.)
