Small hairy vortex

Standard

The guinea pigs have been laundered for the festive season.

wet misery

One was perfectly placid in the water, but became agitated about being dried.  The other struggled in the water, but basked happily under the hair-dryer.

under the dryer

When wet, they shake themselves like dogs but with extra vigour – amusing in the smooth-coated piggy, and irresistably comic in the long-coated one, who leaps in the air as he shakes and becomes a small vertical blur of hair and spray.

  1. My step grandfather used to keep guinea pigs 🙂 He used to have them in a run that he used to put on the lawn in the back garden in the summer. I used to feed them tiny bits of carrot and loved their little squeaks when I was a kid LOL
